Please Note: The evaluation software supplied below (for non-PICmicro^® compilers) cannot be activated into full versions of our software. For full versions, you will need to download from the Updates webpage. You will also require an active internet connection to install our software.

Demos

The demo programs below are intended for prospective customers of HI-TECH Software to evaluate our products before making a purchase decision. Most demos are fully functional versions of the software. Also, the demos are time-limited and most will expire 45 days after installation.

The demos are provided entirely without any warranty and are not licensed for any use other than evaluation purposes.

Please Note: For HI-TECH C^® PRO for the PIC10/12/16 MCU Family, HI-TECH PICC^™STD, HI-TECH PICC-Lite^™, HI-TECH PICC-18^™STD, HI-TECH PICC-18 PRO and HI-TECH for dsPIC^®/PIC24 compiler demos, a separate download of HI-TIDE^™ 3 (v3.15) is available below.

Free Software

HI-TECH Software makes certain versions of its software products available as free software. These products are free of charge and can be used for educational and commerical purposes. The free software downloads do not have a built-in expiry and no warranty of any kind is provided.

Linux / Mac OS X Installation

To install the Mac OS X version; save the demo to your system, then run the self installing archive file. For further information, please refer to our support forum.
